PurPurum Regulations sets Terms of Purchase.
In order to start using the store is read the Terms of Use PurPurum and his acceptance.
The sales agreement is between the Client and the PurPurum.
I. PLACING ORDERS
1. The customer places an order without having to register their details on the website purpurum.com (without having to sign up – quick purchases).
2. Orders will only be accepted electronically via email pur @ purpurum.com 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Please wait for answer from PurPurum (it takes 2 business days not longer).
II. ORDER PROCESSING
1. Order processing is the order in which confirmed orders for the goods until stocks run out.
2. Execution of orders is the order until stocks run out.
3. In the situation of circumstances preventing the implementation of the order, shop reserves the right to suspend its execution, but about the situation agree to immediately notify the customer.
4. Improperly completed order emails will not be considered.
5. Implementation of the contract starts after the payment for the goods.
III. DELIVERY
1. Shipping costs of the goods covered by the customer.
2. In exceptional circumstances, the costs of transport are subject to change. You will be notified prior to shipping your order.
3. All goods will be send by post within 2 business days of purchase in Poland, Europe and rest of the World. If longer – PurPurum will send You message.
DELIVERY CHARGES
Delivery costs depends on country and weight of goods.
IV. PAYMENTS
After choosing goods, please write e-mail to PurPurum, then we send to You all information and account No.
V. TAX AND DUTY CHARGES
1. Customs tax varies from country to country, PurPurum is not responsible for any customs charges – duty or other taxes – levied for delivery of products outside of the EC.
2. The price shown on our website include VAT at the prevailing rate for which we are responsible as the seller.
3. Prices are shown in PLN.
4. The amount you pay will be the price indicated plus any shipping costs.
VI. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
1. PurPurum refunds any items that You are not completely satisfied with when you return it to us by post within 14 days of receipt.
2. PurPurum guarantees repayment of the amount equal to the price of the returned goods shown on the receipt.
3. The money will be refunded within 10 working days by bank transfer to the account specified by the Client, the date of receipt of the goods.
4. Items must be returned in original package with all tags without marks of use. Otherwise, the goods will be returned to the customer at his expense.
5. Remember to send to us information about shipping address.
6. For returns and exchanges, please contact at pur @ purpurum.com with any inquiries.
7. We answer within 2 business days.
8. Costs of transport service are not returned.
9. The cost of returning goods is not refundable.
10. We do not accept parcels sent at PurPurum expense.
11. Returned items can not be used.
VII. REPLACEMENT PRODUCT PURCHASED
1. Clients have the right to exchange the item for a different size or model within 10 days after receiving the product.
2. Shipping costs both ways, are paid by the customer.
3. Items must be returned in original package with all tags without marks of use. Otherwise, the goods will be returned to the customer at his expense.
4. Replacement will be made within 10 days of receipt of PurPurum.
VIII. SALE & VERY LIMITED EDITION & UNIQUE Goods
Refunds are not available for sale and unique items. All good indicated as SALE are not eligible for a return or exchange. Please do not return sale items to us! They will not be accepted.
IX. CLAIMS PURCHASED PRODUCT
1. All items available in the store can advertise for non-conformity.
2. Complaints are not subject to any kind of accidental or intentional mechanical damage (tears, cuts, etc.) or damage caused by careless or improper use.
3. The basis of the complaint is acceptable proof of purchase (receipt or invoice VAT).
4. Any defective goods should have attached the document making a complaint or a complaint containing a statement described the cause of the complaint and when and under what circumstances, defects arise. You should also include your full name, address, order number, and a declaration requests (exchange for another item, repair, cash back).
5. Faulty goods should be clean and hygienically safe. Otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse the claim.
6. The complaint will be dealt with within 10 days from the date of delivery and the customer will be informed of the outcome of the complaint.
7. The client covers the cost of shipping the product being advertised.
8. Store covers only the cost of shipping such goods if the complaint back to the client.
X. PRESENTATION OF THE PRODUCTS
1. Details and photos of the products published by PurPurum should be free of defects and errors.
2. In the case of non-conformity with the description or photography and the product is damaged the customer is obliged to immediately inform the service shop.
3. The price of each is valid at the time of placing an order. We reserve the right to change the prices of goods on offer, introducing new products to offer an online store, carry and cancel promotions on our website or make changes to them.
4. The products shown in the pictures, in fact, may be slightly different from the actual situation.
5. All information and pictures of the products that are in stock PurPurum are protected by copyright. No copying and dissemination, use for commercial purposes and for presentation on other websites without our permission, PurPurum owner.
XI.PRIVACY POLICY
Your privacy is guaranteed when You shop with us. We will NEVER release any of Your personal information to outside parties and You will never receive unwanted e-mails.
XII. OTHER
1. The contract of sale of products in stock applies to the Polish law. The agreement is in Polish.
2 In matters not covered by these rules, the provisions of the Civil Code or other laws applicable to the business and operation of the store.
3. We reserve the right to change the rules. Amendments to the Rules in force from the date of publication on the store. These changes will not affect the rights acquired by customers using the store.
